Portrait & Event Photography — Booking Terms

These are the simple terms that apply when you book a portrait session, event or custom photography service with me. Your booking summary will confirm your package, date, time, total price, booking payment and remaining balance.
1. Confirming your booking
• Your booking is confirmed when you accept these terms and pay the booking payment shown at checkout.
• The standard booking deposit payment is £100 and is deducted from your total price.
• The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the shoot.
• A date discussed in messages is not reserved until the booking payment has been received.
2. Moving your booking
If something unexpected comes up, you can request one complimentary date change with more than 7 days' notice. The new date is subject to my availability and should normally be within 2 months of the original booking.
A second date change is available as a £50 rescheduling service. Changes requested 7 days or less before the shoot are not guaranteed but, where I can accommodate them, the same £50 rescheduling fee will apply.
3. Cancelling your booking
• The £100 booking payment is non-refundable if you cancel. It reserves your date and covers the time already invested before the shoot, including messages, calls, planning, research and preparation.
• Where appropriate, the booking payment may be moved to another date under the rescheduling terms above, but it is not returned as a cash refund.
• For cancellations 7 days or less before the shoot, and for no-shows, the booking payment is non-refundable and cannot normally be transferred, unless emergency situations.
4. Portrait sessions: your proofing and selection gallery
Within up to 5 working days after your portrait session, I will send you a private link to your personal proofing gallery.
The gallery will contain a carefully pre-selected, wide selection of photographs with light colour correction. It is a view-and-select gallery only: the photographs will be watermarked and downloading will be disabled at this stage.
You will have one month from the date the gallery is sent to choose the photographs included in your package:
1. Press the heart icon on each photograph you would like to select.
2. Your choices will be saved in your personal Favorites list, so you can return and continue later.
3. When you are happy with your choices, press Complete selection or/and text me
I will send additional instructions with your gallery and I am happy to help if you need support with the selection.
5. Portrait sessions: final image delivery
After you complete your selection, I will fully edit the number of photographs included in your package and send them in a separate, ready-to-download final gallery within 3 working days.
If you select additional photographs beyond the number included in your package, payment for the extra images must be completed before the additional editing begins. Your completed images will then be sent in a ready-to-download final gallery within 3 working days after payment.
6. Events and custom photography
The portrait proofing process above does not automatically apply to events or custom projects. Your quote or booking summary will confirm what is included, whether a selection gallery is used and the expected delivery time.
Events, commercial work and bookings involving significant travel, venues, assistants or other third-party costs may have additional written terms. I will show these to you before you pay.
7. Working days and urgent delivery
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends, UK bank holidays or personal leave dates.
If you are working towards a fixed deadline, please tell me before booking and ask whether I have any planned leave. Faster delivery may be available as an additional paid service, subject to my availability and written agreement.
8. Late arrival, weather and emergencies
If you arrive late, the shoot may still finish at the original end time. A delay of more than 30 minutes without contacting me may be treated as a no-show.
If weather, illness or another unexpected situation makes the shoot unsafe or impractical, we will try to reschedule. Outdoor shoots are not automatically cancelled because of ordinary changes in weather.
9. Images, editing and usage
I select and edit photographs in my photographic style. RAW and unedited files are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Once full payment has been received, you may use your delivered photographs for the personal or business use included in your package. Copyright remains with Anasta Fo Photography.
Portfolio use and your privacy
For standard adult portrait sessions and event photography, I may use a small selection of final photographs on my website, portfolio and professional social media to show and promote my work.
If there are any final photographs you would prefer me not to publish, please send me their file numbers within 10 days of receiving your final gallery. This allows me to mark them as private before any planned publication. Choosing not to have your photographs published will not affect your booking or the service you receive.
You may also object later. I will stop future use and, where reasonably possible, remove the photographs from the website and social-media accounts I control. I cannot control copies that other people may already have shared or saved.
I will always ask for your separate, explicit permission before publishing boudoir, nude or other exceptionally intimate photographs. Identifiable photographs of anyone under 18 will also require permission from their parent or legal guardian.

Model Polaroids — Booking Terms

These are the simple terms that apply when you book a Model Polaroids session with me. Your booking summary will confirm your package, date, time, total price, booking payment and remaining balance.
1. Confirming your booking
• Your session is confirmed when you accept these terms and pay the booking payment shown at checkout.
• The standard booking payment is £100 and is deducted from your total package price.
• Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the remaining balance is due no later than the day of the shoot and must be paid before your gallery is delivered.
• A date discussed in messages is not reserved until the booking payment has been received.
2. Moving your session

3. Cancelling your session
• More than 10 days before the session: you may either request one complimentary date change or cancel and receive a £50 refund. The remaining £50 covers reserving the date, booking administration and preparation.
• More than 7 days but 10 days or less before the session: the booking payment is non-refundable, but you may request one complimentary date change under the rescheduling terms above.
• 7 days or less before the session, including cancellation on the day or a no-show: the booking payment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred free of charge. If you contact me before the session and I am able to accommodate a late date change, the £50 rescheduling fee above will apply.
Any amount kept after a cancellation will not be more than a reasonable reflection of the work, costs and loss caused by the cancellation, taking account of whether I am able to rebook the date.
If I have to cancel and we cannot agree a suitable replacement date, I will refund all payments for services not provided.
4. Your gallery and delivery
Your photographs will be delivered in a private, ready-to-download personal gallery within up to 3 working days after your session.
There is no proofing or Favorites selection stage for Model Polaroids. The photographs included in your chosen package will be prepared and delivered directly to you.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends, UK bank holidays or personal leave dates that I have told you about before booking or as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need your photographs sooner, please tell me before booking. Faster or same-day delivery may be available as an additional paid service, subject to my availability and written agreement.
5. Late arrival and session preparation
Please arrive ready at the agreed time. If you arrive late, the session may still finish at the original end time and this may reduce the number of looks or photographs we are able to create. A delay of more than 30 minutes without contacting me may be treated as a no-show.
Please follow any preparation guidance sent before your session. Package contents, the number of looks and any optional extras will be as shown on the package page or in your booking summary.
6. Images and usage
Model Polaroids are created to give you clear, natural and current photographs. RAW files and photographs outside your selected package are not included unless purchased or agreed separately in writing.
Once full payment has been received, you may use your delivered photographs for your personal modelling portfolio, agency submissions and self-promotion. Copyright remains with Anasta Fo Photography.
