When you feel safe and seen, the photos reflect it.
My method is designed to get you there.
If you want authentic, gorgeous photos without clichés.
My approach is for you — natural, expressive, no photoshopped.
My method
The Photo Ceremony is a unique approach to photography developed by Anasta Fo. It is designed to make your photoshoot feel easy and enjoyable — and your portraits look naturally you.
It begins with a personalised movement practice and a tea ceremony — a calm, intentional way to help you feel present and open in front of the lens.
Why the movement practice changes everything?
Feeling tense, stiff, or self-conscious in front of the camera is normal — that’s why this 20–30 minute practice happens before the shoot. It’s not about performing — it’s about finding comfort in your body and letting go.
Through simple movement, breath, music and light prompts, you’ll start to feel more grounded, present, and free. No skills or any experience needed — I’ll guide you every step of the way using techniques I’ve developed over 5+ years of leading workshops.
This is how your photos will look natural and relaxed.
It’s not just about being sexy — it’s about the freedom of self-expression
These sessions are your space to let go, feel deeply, and express yourself fully. Cry, laugh, jump, or scream — every expression is welcome here.
My Photo Ceremony approach helps unlock your emotions.
You will love these sessions if you:

Want photos that celebrate or explore your sensuality without posed photos on the bed or heavy makeup

Are marking an important milestone — weddings, pregnancy, birthday, or self-love journey

Crave a mindful experience that reconnects you deeply with your body and self-expression

Want to capture your natural beauty and unique energy in a meaningful, lasting way

How do I choose my portraits?
After the shoot you’ll get a private online gallery with 30–100 view‑only previews (no downloads).
Tap the heart on your favourites. The portraits in your package are then retouched and delivered in high‑resolution. Raw files will not be delivered.
You can buy additional images for £60 each or 10 for £450.
Why are extra portraits sold separately?
Your session fee covers the whole experience — my personal guidance and movement workshops, tea ceremony, preparation and styling support, studio, and photography time. I include a small set of retouched portraits as a gift, and you can buy more only if you truly love them. There’s no pressure to spend extra. This approach keeps your initial cost lower and lets you decide exactly how much you invest.
All sessions also includes:
- Gentle posing guidance through movement, my tips and techniques to bring out your essence
- Moodboard (visual concept) to bring your ideas to life. Support with your outfits, preparation tips
- My cozy studio in central London or a perfect space we’ll choose together
- Your own playlist, time to breathe, and a session tailored entirely to you

About Anasta
Long before I became a photographer, I was already creating space for people to feel seen. My photography draws on years of leading movement workshops, women’s circles, and blindfolded self-expression practices. I’ve developed a unique method of posing through movement, taught in dozens of in-person and online workshops, helping people feel relaxed, expressive, and real.
Photography has been my full-time work and greatest passion since 2022. Before that, I worked as a producer and location scout, and spent 9 years as an international fashion model for brands like Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, and Chanel. I know both sides of the camera — and how to help you feel your best in front of it.
Q & A

Do I have to be nude?
Absolutely not. Wear whatever feels empowering and authentic to you—lingerie, casual clothes, or something special. We will discuss that before your shoot to find best options!
What if I feel nervous or awkward?
That’s completely normal. That’s why we start slow — with tea, space to settle, and a movement practice to help you relax and reconnect. If you feel very uncomfortable in front of the camera I recommend book the Photo Ceremony Retreat — it designed in a way to help you let go and feel great.
Do you retouch photographs?
My editing style is natural — you’ll look your best because of good lighting and gentle body direction, not heavy Photoshop. I don’t do any body reshaping. I remove small imperfections like blemishes or bruises and can lightly soften skin if needed. Check out my portfolio to sense if you like my editing style!
How long does it take to get my photos?
You’ll receive your edited gallery within 7 working days
Can I bring a friend or partner?
For boudoir sessions, it’s best to come solo to fully drop in. For couples or duo experiences, we can create a separate tailored session — text me to discuss.
Where will the photoshoot take place?
We’ll choose the best space together — my cozy home studio in central London, your place, outdoors, or a rented venue (extra cost). I’ll suggest options that match your vibe and comfort. Let me know if you have any preferences!
What if I don’t know how to pose?
You don’t need to. I’ll guide you through every step with gentle direction and movement prompts that feel natural and intuitive. I’ve led dozens of posing workshops — so if that’s your worry, you’re in the best hands.
I don’t understand what movement practice is — do I need to dance?
Not unless you want to. It’s a 20–30 minute personalised guided workshop. I’ll ask you to bring your attention to different parts of your body — shoulders, knees, breath… with carefully chosen music in the background. I use techniques from my experience as a movement facilitator to help you shift into the state we need for the shoot (which is different for everyone — calm, open, confident or playful).
I may offer a blindfold to help you drop in deeper — totally optional.
Since I created Photo Ceremony myself, I know it can be hard to imagine until you experience it. I recommend watching the video testimonials to get a feel for it — and you’re always welcome to book a free chemistry call with me to ask anything.
