Model Polaroids Booking Terms

These are the simple terms that apply when you book a Model Polaroids session with me. Your booking summary will confirm your package, date, time, total price and payment received.
Model Digitals Day, 30 November 2026
For Model Digitals Day, pay the full price shown at checkout to book your chosen time. There is no remaining session balance. Your confirmation shows your session time, duration and included photographs.
For the £145 and £195 sessions, your full payment includes the £100 booking payment described below. Any remaining prepaid session balance is returned if you cancel. The cancellation and rescheduling rules below apply, including the reasonable-loss limit.
Please arrive ready at your chosen time, as another client may follow your session. Your preview gallery arrives within two working days after the shoot. Your finished photographs arrive within two working days after you complete your selection.
1. Confirming your booking
• Model Polaroids sessions are paid in full when you book. Please agree your date and time with me before paying for a regular session.
• Your session is confirmed once we have agreed the booking details, you accept these terms and your full payment is received.
• There is no remaining session balance. Extra photographs or other extras you choose later are charged separately.
• Your full payment includes a £100 booking-payment portion for the cancellation rules below. Any amount paid above that portion is refunded if you cancel. The reasonable-loss limit below applies to all cancellation charges.
• Existing bookings keep the payment arrangements agreed when they were made.
2. Moving your session
If something unexpected comes up, you can request one complimentary date change with more than 7 days' notice. Your full session payment will move to the new date, which is subject to my availability and should normally be within 1-2 months of the original booking.
A second date change is available as a £50 rescheduling service. Changes requested 7 days or less before the session are not guaranteed but, where I can accommodate them, the same £50 rescheduling fee will apply.
3. Cancelling your session
• More than 10 days before the session: you may either request one complimentary date change or cancel and receive a refund of your payment less £50. This £50 covers reserving the date, booking administration and preparation.
• More than 7 days but 10 days or less before the session: the booking payment is non-refundable, but you may request one complimentary date change under the rescheduling terms above.
• 7 days or less before the session, including cancellation on the day or a no-show: the booking payment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred free of charge. If you contact me before the session and I am able to accommodate a late date change, the £50 rescheduling fee above will apply.
Any amount kept after a cancellation will not be more than a reasonable reflection of the work, costs and loss caused by the cancellation, taking account of whether I am able to rebook the date.
If I have to cancel and we cannot agree a suitable replacement date, I will refund all payments for services not provided.
4. Your gallery and delivery
Within 2 working days after your session, I’ll send a private gallery of unedited preview photographs. This gallery is for choosing your photos; downloads are disabled.
You’ll choose the photographs included in your session and can buy additional photographs if you’d like them. If you’d like my opinion on your choices, just ask.
Your finished photographs will be ready to download in a separate gallery within 2 working days of receiving your completed selection. Any additional photographs must be paid for before they are prepared; these will be delivered within 2 working days of receiving both your choices and payment.
Editing includes colour and light correction, straightening and cropping where needed. Model polaroids stay natural, without beauty retouching, filters or changes to your appearance.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends, UK bank holidays or personal leave dates that I have told you about before booking or as soon as reasonably possible.
Same-day delivery is available for an additional £35 by arrangement in advance, subject to availability. You’ll need to choose your photos on the day.
5. Late arrival and session preparation
Please arrive ready at the agreed time. If you arrive late, the session may still finish at the original end time and this may reduce the number of looks or photographs we are able to create. A delay of more than 30 minutes without contacting me may be treated as a no-show.
Please follow any preparation guidance sent before your session. Package contents, the number of looks and any optional extras will be as shown on the package page or in your booking summary.
6. Images and usage
Model Polaroids are created to give you clear, natural and current photographs. RAW files and photographs outside your selected package are not included unless purchased or agreed separately in writing.
Once full payment has been received, you may use your delivered photographs for your personal modelling portfolio, agency submissions and self-promotion. Copyright remains with Anasta Fo Photography.
Portfolio use and your privacy
I may use a small selection of final Model Polaroids on my website, portfolio and professional social media to show and promote my work.
If there are any final photographs you would prefer me not to publish, please send me their file numbers within 10 days of receiving your final gallery. This allows me to mark them as private before any planned publication. Choosing not to have your photographs published will not affect your booking or the service you receive.
You may also object later. I will stop future use and, where reasonably possible, remove the photographs from the website and social-media accounts I control. I cannot control copies that other people may already have shared or saved.
Identifiable photographs of anyone under 18 will require permission from their parent or legal guardian.
7. Questions and legal rights
